By accessing and using TeraGrab, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TeraGrab. Your continued use of the service signifies your acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

Permission is granted to temporarily use TeraGrab for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TeraGrab at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

TeraGrab provides the following services:

• Video Streaming: Access to TeraBox video streaming through our platform
• Video Downloads: Download capabilities for TeraBox shared videos
• Premium Features: Enhanced features available through subscription plans
• Personal Gallery: Storage and management of your generated videos (Premium users)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

4A. Daily Link Processing Limits

Generation Limits by User Type

TeraGrab enforces daily limits on the number of TeraBox links you can process to ensure fair usage and system stability:

• Guest Users (Not Logged In): 5 video generations per day
• Free Users (Logged In): 20 video generations per day
• Basic Plan Subscribers: 50 video generations per day
• Pro Plan Subscribers: 100 video generations per day
• Lifetime Plan Subscribers: Unlimited video generations

Reset Schedule

All daily limits reset automatically at 00:00 IST (Indian Standard Time) every 24 hours. Your generation count will be reset to zero at this time.

How Limits Are Tracked

• Guest Users: Tracked using a combination of browser fingerprint and IP address to prevent abuse
• Registered Users: Tracked by your account ID
• Cached Videos: If a video has already been processed and exists in our database, accessing it again does not count towards your daily limit
• New API Calls: Only new video processing requests that require an API call count towards your daily limit

Limit Exceeded

When you reach your daily limit:

• You will see a message indicating your limit has been reached
• Guest users will be prompted to create a free account for higher limits
• Free users will be shown upgrade options to premium plans
• You can wait until the daily reset at 00:00 IST
• You can upgrade your plan for immediate access to higher limits

Fair Usage Policy

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust daily limits to ensure system stability and fair access for all users
• Temporarily suspend accounts that attempt to bypass rate limits through technical means
• Monitor usage patterns to prevent abuse and automated scraping
• Modify the reset time or limit calculations with advance notice

These limits help us maintain service quality, manage API costs, and ensure all users have fair access to TeraGrab's features.

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• Infringe upon the rights of others

6. Subscription and Payment

Premium Plans

TeraGrab offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the specified fees.

Payment Processing

Currently, we use a manual UPI payment system. You are responsible for:

• Making payments through the specified UPI method
• Providing accurate transaction information
• Submitting valid payment screenshots for verification

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at admin@teragrab.com for refund requests.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Service Content

All content provided through TeraGrab, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of TeraGrab or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

User Content

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• We do not host any video content
• All videos are sourced from publicly shared TeraBox links
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and download content
• We are not liable for any copyright infringement claims related to user-accessed content

DMCA and Copyright

If you believe that any content infringes your copyright, please contact us at admin@teragrab.com with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

8. Disclaimer & Limitations

Service Disclaimer

The materials on TeraGrab are provided on an "as is" basis. TeraGrab makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Accuracy of Information

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information obtained through the service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the software will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TeraGrab or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TeraGrab, even if TeraGrab or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Important: This site is not affiliated with TeraBox. We provide a tool to access publicly shared TeraBox links and do not host any content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us at admin@teragrab.com.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
